These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cowboys and Canvases website and booking services. By submitting a booking request, completing payment, or opting in to receive text messages, you expressly agree to the terms that apply to those actions.

Services

Cowboys and Canvases provides private event entertainment and guided paint party experiences. Event details, package availability, pricing, and booking options may vary by location, date, guest count, venue, and cowboy availability.

Pricing, Bookings, and Payments

Prices displayed before final confirmation may be estimates. The final price may change based on guest count, travel distance, package changes, taxes, and optional additions. Your final total will be disclosed before you authorize payment.

Bookings may require online payment through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. Cowboys and Canvases does not store your full card information.

A booking is not confirmed until availability, venue eligibility, and the required payment have been confirmed. We may decline, cancel, or reschedule a booking when reasonably necessary because of availability, safety, payment issues, venue concerns, weather, or other operational circumstances.

Venues, Service Area, and Travel Fees

You are responsible for obtaining permission to hold the event at the selected venue and for providing a complete and accurate venue address. The venue must be safe, accessible, suitable for the booked experience, and available for any required arrival and setup time.

Service-area eligibility and travel fees depend on the venue address and the service radius for the applicable market. Changing the venue may change the price or availability or place the event outside the service area. Any final travel fee and the final booking total will be disclosed before payment.

Cowboy Requests and Substitutions

A requested cowboy is a preference and is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. If the requested cowboy becomes unavailable, Cowboys and Canvases may offer a substitute cowboy, offer to reschedule the event, or issue an applicable refund if an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

The cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy applicable to your booking will be disclosed before payment and included with your booking confirmation. That policy may vary by package or event.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact, event, guest-count, venue, and payment information. You are responsible for complying with venue rules and for the conduct and safety of your guests during the event.

Email and Booking Communications

We may use the email address provided with your booking request to send essential communications about your request, payment, confirmation, scheduling, venue review, and event updates. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and reviewing messages related to your booking.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you separately opt in to text messages from Cowboys and Canvases, you agree to receive automated booking-related messages, including event coordination, confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support. Guests who do not opt in to text messages may receive booking updates by email.

Message frequency varies depending on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or contact sylvia@cowboysandcanvases.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
